Call Tracking Service FAQs

Implementation is simple! During your discovery session, we'll work out how many dynamic numbers you require. From here, you will be provided with a small piece of code that just needs adding to your website. This is a five-minute job that you or your website host can do easily.

In order to maximise the benefits, you will need to have a Moneypenny Telephone Answering plan in place.

Our Call Tracking Service, in partnership with Ruler Analytics, requires a twelve-month minimum commitment. After three months with Moneypenny, we require only one month’s notice to close your account from the date of your next invoice (this is based on Moneypenny plans up to 250 minutes).

During your discovery session, we'll discuss all the platforms you are using currently e.g. Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn and Salesforce. The Ruler Analytics team will then put together a simple implementation plan that we'll work through together.

No, you do not need to link your CRM system to see which marketing campaigns are driving your most valuable calls. This will all be visible within the Ruler Analytics portal. However, connecting your CRM system means revenue can be pulled through for specific calls, giving you a true ROI for every marketing campaign you have running.

Your Ruler Analytics portal shows you exactly which of your marketing campaigns are generating phone calls, with a breakdown of: those answered by Moneypenny, the ones answered in-house, and the revenue (by linking your CRM system) that every call has generated.
